The official word yesterday was that I was moving to 1st Squad, but of course in the Marine Corps even the final decision is not final. Now I am set to transfer to 3rd Squad. I can only think this one is serious because they are planning my move into their barracks. There I will be with my friends Lehman, Matthews and Foss. Interestingly, it was Lehman who first told me there was a rumor that I would not stay on IRT when I got off my duties as CoG, but go to 3rd instead. There were a number of other rumors that followed, but it turns out old JayLay was right (other than the fact that I did go back to IRT for a week first).
